For non-urgent call outside our regular office hours such as billing questions, appointment request or cancellations and medication/prescription refills, please leave a message on our regular office number at (315) 216-4871 or send us a message thru the patient portal and someone from the office will get back to you the following work day.

For life threatening emergencies, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Thus, we encourage any patient who has experienced an unfavorable encounter at our office to contact our office manager.
