Francis Arce, MD, FACE

Dr. Arce earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and board certified in Endocrinology and Metabolism. He works closely with primary care providers and/or referring providers in the management and treatment of endocrine related conditions. He has close to 30 years of experience in helping patients with their health concerns and working together to choose the best treatment plan.

Natasha Visco, Nurse Practitioner

Natasha joined us in 2019 as an RN while she finished grad school and joined as an NP in 2020. She earned her Bachelor's and Master of Science in Nursing as a Family NP at Le Moyne College. She collaborates closely with Dr. Arce to diagnose, manage, and treat patients with endocrine conditions. She lives in Pulaski with her husband and they welcomed her first son, MJ, in March 2023. 

Melissa Treasure, Office Manager

Melissa started with us as a medical assistant in 2013. She later transferred to the billing office and worked as a billing specialist for 7 years. In 2022 she was promoted to the Office Manager. She performs quality assurance and also handles any patient concerns or complaints. She lives in Oswego with her fiancè, son and 3 pugs. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and gardening.

Cammeo L., LPN

Cammeo joined us in 2022. She has been a nurse since 2013 and has previous work experience in both primary and long term care. She helps with rooming patients, screens and prepares charts for new patient referrals, and works closely with the providers to assist with triaging any concerns. She loves spending time with her 2 sons, cats, and reading autobiographies and mystery novels.

Kimberly K., LPN

Kim joined us earlier this year as one of our nurses. She has been a licensed nurse since 2020. She has previous work experience in pediatric and orthopedic settings. Kim also assists with rooming patients and works closely with the providers to triage any patient concerns. She handles medication prior authorizations and also assists with new patient referrals. She lives in Fulton with her husband and 2 sons. In her spare time she coaches youth soccer and loves camping and watching crime shows.

Susan S., RN - On Call Triage Nurse

Sue had worked as an RN with Dr. Arce from 2002 to 2019. She received her BSN in 2016 and went on to teaching LPN students at OCM BOCES. She then went on and received her Masters in Nursing in 2021. She is now an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Cayuga Community College teaching RN students. She has had the on-call phone since 2016, answering any after-hours calls and triaging any questions/concerns. She works closely with the providers to give clinical advice for any urgent concerns.

Sarah D., MA

Sarah is our medical assistant and has been with us since 2014. She helps with preparing charts and rooming patients and is our office expert with the answer to almost any question. She also tracks and schedules hospital discharge follow-up appointments, and keeps track of patients who are due to be seen. She lives in Scriba with her husband, 2 sons, and a pug. She also is a very talented crocheter. 

Sara B., Medical Receptionist

Sara has been with us since 2016.  She is the familiar face you will see at the front desk who helps with checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, sending and scheduling referrals, and answering phone calls. She is an amazing mother to 3 children and enjoys doing yoga and spending quality time with her family. 

Justin S., Medical Receptionist

Justin joined us earlier this year as a medical receptionist. You will see him with Sara at the front desk where he checks patients in and out, schedules and confirms appointments, and answers phone calls. Fun fact about Justin- he is a top ranked Tetris player!

Linda Z., Medical Biller

Linda joined us as a billing specialist in December of 2022. She works along with Theresa and submits insurance claims, collecting payments and preparing bills and invoices. She is also able to help answer any questions regarding bills. She enjoys traveling to the UK to visit her daughter, anything to do with Disney, and watching musicals.

Theresa H., Medical Biller

Theresa joined us as a billing specialist March of 2022. She works along with Linda and assists our billing department with submitting insurance claims, collecting payments and preparing bills and invoices. She enjoys traveling, reading, and going to concerts.
